Architectural Request Process

​The Architectural Control Committee exists so that Walker’s Mark Community can remain a special place to live. Anyone wishing to make external changes to their property must meet the association requirements for modifications and submit an application before initiating work.

Architectural improvements that require an ACC form:
  • Foundation Repair
  • New Window(s)
  • New Door(s)
  • New Skylight
  • New Garage Door
  • Adding an outside structure
  • Decks  
  • Patio Renovations
**PLEASE NOTE THAT ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO WALKER’S MARK PROPERTY DUE TO HOMEOWNER RENOVATIONS OR REPAIRS WILL BE THE FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HOMEOWNER OR THEIR CONTRACTOR**

  1. Read the Design Guidelines
    The Design Guidelines, as well as other legally binding documents, are provided to homeowners prior to closing on a house.  Please read the guidelines and application requirements carefully before submitting your application.
  2. Submit an Application
    Submit your application along with any other required documentation to the ACC Committee. Please allow the allotted time period for your application to be reviewed.  Incomplete information only delays your project.
  3. ACC Review
    The Board and Architectural Control Committee will review your application and perform any site inspections outlined in the association documents.  You will be contacted if the ACC Committee has questions or if there are problems with your request. *Note - the ACC Committee enforces community guidelines but it is up to you to make sure you meet local permit requirements.   4. Approval or Rejection
    You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your request.  If you have questions about the disposition, please contact your community manager.

Clubhouse Rental Process

The Walker's Mark Community Clubhouse is available for residents to use for private events. A rental fee and security deposit are required to book the Clubhouse. Anyone wishing to reserve a specific date & time must meet the association requirements for renting, submit an agreement application, and agree to the terms as stated in the agreement.

Clubhouse Amenities:
  • Private Access for full use of the Walker's Mark Clubhouse
  • Door Code access given for 24 hours during rental period for access for setup & cleanup
  • A/C  
  • Fully Loaded Kitchen (Refrigerator, Microwave, Stove, Oven, Sink w/Garbage Disposal)
  • Lots of Counter Space
  • Seating Area
  • Dining Area
  • Pool Access
  • Outside Grill/BBQ Access
  • Onsite Restrooms (Men/Women)
  1. Read the Rental Agreement & Rules
    The Clubhouse Rental Rules & Terms are provided in the Agreement.  Please read the guidelines and application requirements carefully before submitting your filled out application.
  2. Submit an Application
    Submit your agreement application (click here to view and download a copy), along with rental fee and deposit payments as applicable to the management company. Please allow the allotted time period for your application to be reviewed.  Incomplete documentation only delays your booking confirmation.
  3. Application Review
    The Board and management company will review your application to confirm the date is available and that the applicants maintenance account is current.  You will be contacted if there are questions or problems with your request. 
  4. Approval or Rejection
    You will be notified of the booking confirmation or rejection of your request.  If you have questions about the disposition, please contact your community manager.
